Our company provides the following comprehensive services in the securities market under the special license of the Financial Regulatory Commission:

2023

Underwritten the IPO of Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia, one of the TOP-5 systemic banks in the country.

2022

Introduced the Bloomberg Terminal for international trading, initiating direct bond trading in global markets without intermediaries.

2021

Introduced the M-Stock online trading system.

2020

Underwritten the public bond issuance of LendMN NBFI JSC, raising MNT 5 billion.

2019

Registered Mongolia’s first convertible bond at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository and raised MNT 7 billion from international market.

2018

Underwritten the IPO of LendMN NBFI LLC, raising MNT 5 billion.

2017

Obtained a license to provide nominee account services for cash management.

2017

Underwritten short-term Certificates of Deposit issued by the Development Bank of Mongolia in the Korean securities market, raising USD 200 million.

2016

Renamed the company as Mirae Asset Securities Mongolia UTsK LLC following the merger of our holding company Daewoo Securities (Korea) with Mirae Asset Securities.

2015

Underwritten the securitized Certificates of Deposit of Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia in the Korean securities market, raising USD 57 million.

2014

Obtained a license to undertake brokerage activities in the sale and purchase of securities in foreign securities markets.

2013

Daewoo Securities Mongolia LLC was established.

2013

Obtained special licenses for securities underwriting and investment advisory services.
